NA steel groups urge governments to re-negotiate North American Free TradeAgreement such that it increases NA steel consumption and lifts intra-NAFTAtrade. They outline five tenets: strengthen origin rules/regional value contentrequirements; promote trade enforcement cooperation; establish enforceablecurrency disciplines; set disciplines on conduct of State-Owned Enterprises;and upgrade border infrastructure.
