All US indexes rose overnight, and Hong Kong equities also advanced onThursday. The Hang Seng Index closed over 26,000-level. The Index increased 88points and closed at 26,063 points. HSCEI closed at 10,649 points, rising 38 point.

    Turnover for the whole day was $79.3 billion. Oil price fell sharply, supporting theperformance of Chinese aviation sector. Individual stocks hit the 52-week high.

    On the other hand, the handset players increased in general with individual stockjumped over 7%.

    Former FBI Director Comey says Trump fired him to undermine FBI Russiainvestigation, however, Comey did not make any major disclosures about anylinks between Trump or his associates with Russia. US stock market does nothave much reaction. Thanks to the House passed the bill to ease banking industrycontrol, banking stock rise. The Dow once rose 90 points but narrowed its rise inlate session.
