The last inflection was November 2011. In this cycle, the OECD LI was negativeand falling for 15 months (12/2014 to 02/2016). Global industrial productiongrowth YoY has also begun to recover, pages 2-5. Around moderate trendgrowth, the global economy appears to be beginning a mild upswing.
