    CKH Holdings (1.HK) and VimpelCom agreed to combine their Italian telecommunications units in a deal valued at 21.8 billion euros, creating a carrier that would unseat Telecom Italia as the country’s largest wireless provider by customers. According to CKH’s estimation, after deducting the cost of integration, synergy effects alone would save a total of more than 5 billion euros.

    SHK PPT(16.HK)won the property development project of Yuen Long Station, West Rail, at a higher than expected consideration of HKD 9.3B, the floor price is as high as HKD 6,350, 1.2 times higher than that of Long Ping Station two years ago, becoming the most expensive land in north-west New Territories.
