Hong Kong Stock Market Summary .

The market fluctuated in the last trading day; HSI opened low 83pts and shed when A- share plunged. It later jumped 595pts the most with day-high 24,947pts. HSI closed at 24,503, up 151pts or 0.6%. The main board turnover increased to HK$115.27bn, which is almost HK$1bn less than the previous trading day.

The two Chinese market related ETF dropped, CSOP A50 ETF(2822)shed 2.1% with the greatest trading volume. X iSHARES A50 (2823) down 0.3% with the fourth highest trading volume. CHINA RESOURCES (291) was the best performer in blues chips and it jumped 2.9% while CHINA RES LAND(1109) was the worst and shed 2.7%. International oil price dropped, however, CNOOC (883) rose 2.6% to HK$9.62, PETROCHINA (857) and SINOPEC (386) climbed 2% and 0.5%.
