Market Highlights
Hong Kong’s Secretary for Development Paul Chan wrote in his weekly blog, new private home supply estimate for next three to four years may number as many as 81,000 units; that will benefit local developers’ sales growth.
China will release export and import data for Jun today. Market estimates export YoY growth at 1%, and import decline 15.5% YoY, which may have a bit negative impact for the market.
